The Rodan
The Rodan are a race of short bald pink-skinned aliens with large heads, vaguely resembling the classic "Grey" aliens. They have a penchant for bio-technological weaponry and advanced cloning technology. The Freedom League encountered the Rodan once during a galactic adventure, and then the Rodan attempted an invasion of Earth with bio-robots in the form of the classic Freedom League members

Rodan soldiers aren't that well trained, or equipped, but their hide is tough and their small size makes them hard to hit. As well as their basic bio blaster rifle, most Rodan soldiers are equipped with a device called a Light Buckler, that can project a small defensive field to defend allies.

Goliaths are genetically engineered to be larger and tougher than normal Rodan. They are thus bred only to be vicious melee fighters.

Flight Leader B'Lan is the leader of a small invasion force. He is typical of a member of the Rodan Officer Caste. B'Lan has enhanced metabolism but other officers may have other enhancements. Most of his equipment is standard for officers, though the repair ray is his addition to perform maintenance on his bio-robot army.
Like most officers, B'Lan is a skilled technician, able to rig together new devices as the tactical needs require. He prefers to hang back and let his soldiers provide a shield for him while he snipes with his Ionizer Ray and throws Psychic Static Bombs.
